The Board of Education of the South Tama County Community School District will hold a Special board meeting on April 16, 2026 at 7:00 am at the District Office, 1702 Harding Street, Tama, Ia 52339.

A. Call to Order

B. Opening Activities (Pledge of Allegiance & Mission Statement)

South Tama County Community School District is dedicated to inspire each student to grow and achieve their potential in order to positively impact the world around them.

C. Roll Call and Declaration of Quorum  

D. Approval of the Agenda

E. Closed Session Iowa Code 21.5(1)(i).

To evaluate the professional competency of an individual whose appointment, hiring, performance, or discharge is being considered when a closed session is necessary to prevent needless and irreparable injury to that individual’s reputation, and that individual requests a closed session.
